My Amazing Desktop lol

Hey man you've hit desktop gold. I don't think it can get better. It's just one of those times where its's just gotten to the point that you should change backgrounds every so often to make a few more ridiculously amazing backgrounds so this one doesn't blind you. By the way, I've seen that "gadget" thing(says "T3" at the top of it) on another background before and was wondering what it was or what software it is for. Could you solve the mystery for me?
